Want to find out how to update your log in information? Have questions about your certificate? You're in the right place. Please review this section for answers to the most frequently asked questions.









 


MY ACCOUNT

A. Contact us at edisco@qualityinsights.org so that we can determine why you're unable to log in.

A. Your log in is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click the “Don’t remember your password?” link and insert your email address.

A. Go to your My Profile. From there you can update your account information, change your password and more.

PAYMENT

A. Edisco by Quality Insights accepts payment online with a credit card via the Stripe payment processing system.  Stripe accepts all major credit cards.  

A. We offer special pricing for corporations. Please contact us at edisco@qualityinsights.org for more information.

A. Once an online course is purchased, it is non-refundable.  That is why Edisco by Quality Insights aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We will get it right or make it right for every learner, every time. If you have content or technical problems, please contact us via our support page and we will work hard to resolve them.


CONTINUING EDUCATION

A. Quality Insights offers courses with continuing education credits for nurses, physicians, pharmacists, social workers and nursing home administrators. Please refer to each individual course to learn which credits apply.

A. All certificates you earn will be saved in your account. You may obtain them by accessing the completed course from your catalog and clicking the lime green “Download Your Certificate” button. Or you can expand the menu in the upper left hand corner next to the Edisco logo. Click “My Activities.” Then select “Courses.” You can view any certificate you’ve earned by clicking on the certificate icon to the right of your course. If any of your certificates do not appear, please contact us at edisco@qualityinsights.org.

A. Continuing education credits do expire. In general, they are good for two years from the CE approval date. Please consult individual course descriptions for details.


GENERAL

A, Only individuals with a personal login can access Edisco content. But you may share the link to the course and your colleague can sign up for his or her own account.

A. Sign up for our e-newsletter and notificaiton of new offerings and dsicounts by filling out the form at edisco.qualityinsights.org/contact

A. Unsubscribe from our lists by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail you received.  You may also contact us at edisco@qualityinsights.org and request to be removed.

A. Go to www.edisco.qualityinsights.org and log in to your account to access your content.
